  1. If you pay the registration fee on your own, a receipt will be given to you (during the Conference) issued to your name or by e-mail, in case of virtual participation.
  2. Greek participants whose registration is paid by a university or other institution, shall provide us with the name, the address, the ΑΦΜ and the ΔΟΥ (Greek tax data) of the university or the other institution. An invoice will be given to you (during the Conference) issued to the name of the university or the other institution or by e-mail, in case of virtual participation.
  3. Foreign participants whose registration is paid by a university or other institution, shall provide us with the name, the address, and the V.A.T. number of the university or the other institution. An invoice will be given to you (during the Conference) issued to the name of the university or the other institution or by e-mail, in case of virtual participation.

TERMS OF PARTICIPATION IN THE 14TH PANHELLENIC CONFERENCE ON ALZHEIMER'S DISEASE AND

6th MEDITERRANEAN CONFERENCE ON NEUROEDEGENERATIVE DISEASES

Speakers and attendees can participate in the conference by completing the registration form available at www.alzheimer-conference.gr under the registration section. The data collected is stored by the Organizing Parties, which include the Panhellenic Federation of Alzheimer's Disease and Related Disorders, the Greek Association of Alzheimer's Disease and Related Disorders, and the Panhellenic Institute of Neurodegenerative Diseases. This information is used to ensure the best possible conduct of the conference and to inform participants about future social and scientific activities. The details collected are: first name, last name, status, email address, and contact phone number.
Participation in the conference implies acceptance of the conditions of participation as described below. Any disagreement should be expressed before the beginning of the conference via email to info@alzheimer-hellas.gr. The conference will be presented online via the Zoom platform (live streaming).
The conference aims to disseminate information on diagnostic methods and treatment practices for dementia and facilitate the exchange of scientific opinions. It is not intended for profit, and reproduction of scientific opinions for profit is strictly prohibited. The citation of speakers' opinions reflects their personal views and does not constitute recommendations to patients. As health experts (doctors, psychologists, etc.), attendees should understand that no doctor-patient relationship is established at this conference.
Speakers agree to have their presentations recorded and subsequently posted on the YouTube channel of Alzheimer Hellas. These recordings will be made freely available to the public after the conclusion of the conference and following the necessary editing of the videos.
The Organizing Parties hold no responsibility for the actions and privacy policies of individuals who reproduce the conference's work online. This disclaimer applies to all users who accept it. The Organizing Parties hold no responsibility for any copyright issues arising from the publication of all or part of presentation content or video reproductions, including any patent rights, trademarks, or intellectual property declared during the conference and covered by relevant legislation.
